Where We Deliver
Good news - we ship to all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. At this time, we're not shipping internationally, so if you're outside the US, please check back later - we hope to expand soon.
Processing Your Order
Once you place your order, we get to work quickly. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). That means your oil spray bottle is packed and ready to go in no time.
Shipping Options and Delivery Times
- Standard shipping - $15 flat rate, delivered in 7-14 business days.
- Delivery windows are estimates in business days and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and other factors can sometimes slow things down.
We know waiting is the hardest part, but we promise it's worth it!
Tracking Your Package
As soon as your order ships, we'll email your tracking number to you. We use trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of the delivery date. We'll do our best to make it right. For any shipping questions, including issues with lost or damaged items, just email us at support@sobir.shop - we're here to help.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before you hit that order button! If you accidentally enter the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@sobir.shop to try to correct it before your package goes out. Unfortunately, we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address that you provided.
